Day Surfing

Once
you've jumped to your feet twice, you realise it
wasn't a fluke and you're hooked on one of the
fastest growing sports in the UK!
Blue Flag beaches and experienced coaches will
have you surfing the Atlantic swell in no time.
Give up the day job and go surfing instead! |

| Adventure
sessions begin at 9am or 1.30pm and last
approximately 3.5 hours including travel time.
After an introductory briefing you will change
into a wetsuit before taking a short minibus
ride to the local surf beach. You will need to
provide trainers, swim-wear, a towel and warm
clothing. During the session you will be taught
by a qualified surf coach and will learn to
catch & ride the waves on a beautiful, clean
beach in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

up to two hours splashing around with junior
scuba equipment, this is a perfect way to get

supervised by expert PADI instructors who ensure
that they are well looked after as they learn
the basics of this exciting sport. |

experience begins with a poolside briefing
introducing the basic principles of scuba diving
safety and what you can hope to achieve from the
lesson. Then get kitted out and it's into the
water to get used to the unusual feeling of
weightlessness and how to manage the equipment.
Under careful guidance from your instructor you
will gain in confidence as your lesson

tackled up and ready for a day to catch some
hard-fighting trout. But to start with you both
will be taken through the essential casting
skills & fishing techniques and once you
have mastered the basics it will be time to move
onto the gin-clear lake stocked with brown &
rainbow trout. Then put all you have learnt into
practice & try for that elusive first catch! |

Extravaganza
You
and 7 of your friends can go on a fantastic
paintball day anywhere in the UK
(Ages 12+)
Dressed
in ninja coveralls and hood with a gas-powered
semi-automatic weapon you and your friends will
look and feel ready for action. Each site has
various thrilling scenarios for you to discover
if you are the leader of the pack or simply
cannon fodder. On final booking you
will be able to choose from various battlefields
where only the most cunning can survive!.
All equipment is included for this momorable day
out, all you have to get on the day is your
paintballs. |

will also receive a location list that contains
contact details for booking. On
booking your chosen location you will be
required to pay a deposit of about £9 per
player (this varies slightly depending on the
location chosen). This will provide each player
with their first 100 paintballs. Further
supplies of paintballs can be bought on the day
for £7 per 100 (again this varies slightly with
location N.B. in Scotland the additional
paintballs cost £12 per 100) |

SAS
Not
stop thrills on our Junior SAS course - designed
to sort the men from the boys.
Ages
11 to 16.
What
child at some point hasn’t run around a school
playground making pretend machine gun noises?
Make their dream come true and watch their faces
light up as they are kitted up in combats and
helmets and handed a machine gun! Don’t worry,
it's really a laser but it weighs the same and
the Army use it for training. Search and destroy
missions are just part of this event which also
includes grenade and mortar firing ranges. An
action packed event for action packed kids! |

| Under
the watchful eye of ex-forces instructors
participants will be issued with full army kit
and helmets. Then, using the latest 'Virtual
Soldier' equipment, groups will learn search and
destroy techniques in the woods and also
participate in a grenade and mortar range
involving accuracy and team work to fire at
specific targets. After training, groups will
prepare for a passing out parade in front of
parents where they will be presented with their
enlistment certificate. |
