Relax as you gently float in a tank that is impenetrable from all the worlds stresses and pressures. 

Your floatation tank is in a private room which also has a power shower. A consultant takes you through operating the equipment before you begin. You will shower before entering the floatation tank where you can relax for up to an hour. You will have complete control over the lighting inside & if you choose to fit your ear plugs, you can enjoy a completely silent, relaxing experience.   Music will begin to play indicating the end of your session.

This experience isolates an individual from external stimuli, enabling concentration on their mind.

Lying back you float effortlessly on the surface of the water with all parts of your body supported in a shallow pool of saturated epsom salts, five times denser and more buoyant than sea water. Your muscles no longer have to fight against the downward push of gravity, the single greatest cause of wear and tear to the bones, joints and body tissue. As muscle tension melts away you find yourself floating weightless and free.
