| Birds of Prey Experience Day Experience the thrill of handling Birds of Prey on this day course.
(Ages 14+)
As well as being a fun and entertaining day, this one day course is designed to give those interested in falconry the opportunity to decide if it is a sport that they wish to pursue further. During the day you will be made aware of the practical implications of owning a bird of prey and be given the opportunity to handle and fly Birds of Prey. Time and weather permitting you will also be able to see a Falcon, Vulture and Eagle being flown. |

| The day begins at 10.00am with coffee and introduction to the instructor and Birds. You will receive an introduction to Falconry, take a look at falconry equipment and its application and have a short talk on the basic handling and training of birds. Lunch is from 12:30 - 1:30 (provided). You will then move to the surrounding countryside to fly the birds. Your day will finish at 4:30 with, questions, tea and coffee.

| Birds of Prey Experience (Half Day)
Sample the thrill of handling Birds of Prey on this afternoon course.

Time and weather permitting you will also be able to see a Falcon, Vulture and Eagle being flown. A Unique opportunity to get close and personal with these amazing birds. |

| The day begins at 12 noon with a flying display, the course then begins at 1:30 with coffee and introduction to the instructors and the birds. You will then move to the surrounding countryside to fly the birds. Your day will finish at 4:30 with, questions, tea and coffee. |

| Basic Hawk Handling Course
The ideal introduction to the handling of these Birds of Prey.
(Ages 10+)
Your course will begin with a brief outline of the sports history, the laws relating to Birds Of Prey and the different types of Raptors, (with their advantages and disadvantages). You will learn the fitting and use of basic equipment, the security of the Hawk and practice the early stages of training to the point of flying free. This course is suitable for the would be Falconer or for those simply wanting hands on contact with Birds of Prey. Handling Owls can be specifically requested. |

| Half Day Birds of Prey Experience
Spend half a day with some of the most magnificent creatures on the planet.
This half-day course gives one the opportunity to interact with some of the most magnificent animals on the planet, a rare chance to witness close up a genuine predator doing in captivity exactly what it does in the wild state.
Birds are not trained to do tricks they simply mimic what comes naturally every bird on show will display its wild instincts swoop, soar, quarter, pounce, and mantle you can witness it all during your visit. |

| This half-day course begins at 10am and starts with a brief safety instruction and the 'Fundamentals of Falconry' which will include a demonstration of many of them at the site.
Also the recipient will get to 'man' up to 8 birds of prey meaning they get to handle them and see them close-up. No other half day course offers this much hands-on experience!
The course should end at approximately 1pm. |

| This full-day course begins at 10am and starts with a brief safety instruction and the 'Fundamentals of Falconry' which will include a demonstration of many of them at the site.
After this each recipient will get to hold and fly a total of up to 30 birds of prey!! No other Birds of Prey course offers this much hands-on experience!
These range from Hawks and Owls to Falcons and Eagles all of which will be flown by the recipient themselves.
The course should end at approximately 4.30pm. |
